Tony Bish Wines is located in the Hawke's Bay area on the east coast of New Zealand's North Island. Hawke's Bay is known as the region for high-quality Chardonnay styles in the country. This reputation is due to the excellent climate and diverse soil types.

In 2013, Tony, together with Karryn, launched Tony Bish Wines. A producer from New Zealand with an exclusive focus on premium Chardonnay. This proved to be a great success. In recent years, Tony Bish Wines has introduced five different Chardonnay styles, earning Tony the title of "King of Chardonnay."

Tony’s creativity in wine production reached new heights after his inspiring trip to South America. There he saw how wine production was done with massive egg-shaped tanks. Through his great passion and local expertise, Tony managed to build New Zealand's first concrete egg fermenters, marking the beginning of his quest for the perfect Chardonnay styles.

With his unique methods and vinification, Tony Bish has left an indelible mark on Chardonnay wine production. His passion and innovative production methods continue to inspire many winemakers around the world.
