With the aim to optimize the soil, and thus balance efficiently the vines growth, the agricultural team, led by Rodrigo Salgado, worked recently in incorporating the grape-skins in some sectors of the vineyard. 'In this way, we add a natural product that increases the organic matter to the earth, stimulating root growth and improving the water retention in the soil,' explains Rodrigo Salgado.
